LeishInDB (Leishmania Inhibitor Database) is a database consisting of manually curated compounds (with reported activity against Leishmania) from literature. Currently, the Database consist of 8273 records (as of 2018). The database is designed to search compounds based on various criteria including IC50 range, target enzyme, target organsim, experiment type, predicted oral toxicity, predicted carcinogenicity, etc,. Beside this, toxicity prediction for each compound is also available. This databse can be used to search compounds that have specified acitivty against Leishmania and utilize the information for repurposing the compounds or to choose the compounds for synergestic study.
